Our Agreement with You:
More Than Just Terms

Arbiio provides you with a service designed to enhance your online privacy and security. Our service functions by filtering your internet requests according to settings you control. We are committed to offering a service that is effective, transparent, and worthy of your trust and payment.

Our business is built on a foundation of trust and a promise to prioritise your interests. The following commitments are legally binding elements of our service agreement with you.

• We Will Never Sell or Share Your Data: We do not and will never sell, licence, sublicense, or share your identity or data with any third party. Our business model is simple: we provide a service you pay for. This ensures our only focus is on delivering for you, our customer, not on monetising your information.
• Privacy Will Always Come Before Profits: We will not compromise our structure in ways that risk your privacy. This is our mandate. For this reason, our Directors will not list Arbiio on any public stock exchange (such as the ASX) or sell a controlling interest in the company. This ensures our customer-first policies, as outlined in this agreement and our Privacy Principles, remain permanent and enforceable.
• Onshore Data Processing: All of your information is processed and stored exclusively within Australia. This means your data is protected by Australian law and is never subject to the policies or legal requests of foreign jurisdictions.

To maintain the integrity and security of the Arbiio service for all our customers, you agree to the following:

• Account Information: You will provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Arbiio service for any illegal, unauthorised, or malicious purpose. You will not use the service in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair its functioning for other users.

In line with our privacy principles, we handle your data with the utmost care and a commitment to minimisation.

• Record Discard Policy: We immediately discard the record of any website domain you visit after it has been processed (i.e., accepted or blocked) according to your settings.
• Insights and Statistics: Any data retained to provide you with usage insights and statistics is fully anonymised and is permanently discarded after four weeks.
• Anonymised Analytics: We only use anonymised analytics to improve the Arbiio service and user experience. This data contains no personally identifiable information and helps us understand which features are most useful and how we can make our service better.

We offer our service on a subscription basis.

• Billing: Your subscription will be billed on a recurring basis. By providing a payment method, you authorise us (or our trusted third-party payment processor, Stripe) to charge your subscription fees.
• Third-Party Processors: We use trusted partners like Stripe for payment processing and Postmark for essential email communications. These partners are chosen for their high standards of security and privacy.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

• Australian Privacy Act: We strictly adhere to all processes and activities required by the Australian Privacy Act.
• Australian Consumer Law: We are fully compliant with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring our service and this agreement meet the highest standards of consumer protection.

We provide the Arbiio service with the goal of improving your online privacy and security. However, no service can guarantee absolute, 100% protection from all online threats.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbiio is provided "as is." While we stand by the commitments made in these terms and our privacy principles, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

• Termination by You: You are free to stop using our service and cancel your account at any time.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are in breach of these terms, particularly the "Acceptable Use" policy. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before such action.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We hope to never have a dispute with our customers, but if one arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work together to find a resolution in good faith.
